Saya teringat nukilan kecil yang dicatatkan dan diulang baca untuk sentiasa menolak diri berbakti.<br/><br/>"Apakah kepuasan yang saya dapat apabila melakukan kerja-kerja kemanusiaan?"<br/><br/>Kepuasan yang saya perolehi ialah bila mana batang tubuh yang letih cuba menjadikan kehidupan saudara saudara kami sejengkal lebih baik. Kepuasan yang kami raih ialah bila mana anak-anak seagama kami dapat tersenyum kerana mereka rasa dan tahu masih ada yang peduli. Kepuasan yang kami terima ialah kalau mati kami kelak di tengah perjalanan panjang cuba menyelamatkan Syria dan membebaskan Gaza.<br/><br/>Cakna itu indah tetapi untuk ikut bertindak itu lebih susah.<br/><br/>Itu yang Che' selalu sebut kepada kami, kalau setakat badan letih berjuang, tidur sekejap dan rehat, maka esok akan segar semula. Kalau setakat hati tak tenang, zikirlah dan dekatkan diri kepada Pencipta kerana gelora dan resah hati adalah akibat dari ujub dan besar diri dalam berbakti. |
